After 27 years working in law firms as a legal secretary, paralegal and office manager, God called her to work full-time at Gold Country Church as the administrator, however her duties are filled with much more than an administrator, she wears many different hats, like meeting with many people for spiritual counseling.

She facilitates a Propel Women’s Chapter. Propel is an initiative, founded by Christine Caine, that helps activate, connect, and equip women to fulfill their God given passion, potential, and purpose. As followers of Christ, our purpose on this earth is to lead others to Christ.

I started my Pilates Education in 2000 after severe abdominal surgery and failing health. I have been teaching Pilates for 13 years and have found a workout and work to benefit my body, to keep me youthful in my body, and yet to provide a feeling of refre shment and accomplishment after every workout.
I have been a yoga instructor from 2007 til the present. My passion is Yin/ Restorative Yoga, guiding others through meditation, and slowing down your body rhythms.

She and her husband were senior pastors for thirty years and planted a church in Minden Nevada. They also served in denominational work and are now at William Jessup University where Pam's husband, John is the president.  Pam has been involved in prayer ministry and in leading spiritual formation groups at Jessup.

I found that I had a passion to bring nurturing touch to the sick, elderly and single ladies. Catherine has been an active participant in the health and fitness arena for most of her adult life. She was an aerobics instructor for several years at 24 Hr Fitness gym in the Bay Area prior to moving to Auburn in 1987. Shortly after moving to Auburn she got her A.F.A.A. Certification and went through an intense instructor program at the Aerobics Academy, where she began teaching after she graduated. She then joined the Auburn Racquet & Fitness Club, where she was privileged to teach as part of a team that included Linda Brown. After that her life changed radically when she decided to pursue a credential to teach for Placer School for Adults. She received her California State Teaching Credential and for the next 10 years taught Computer Applications for Adults.

Kassy’s interest in food started when she was very young. She remembers pulling a chair up to the kitchen counter and helping her mother cook when she was 7 years old. After graduating from high school she pursued a career in Culinary Arts. 

Kassy and her husband Doug have six children, three biological and three adopted. Kassy’s interest in cooking blossomed when their oldest child suffered from a vaccine injury was diagnosed with autism. Along with the diagnosis she also learned her daughter had some food allergies. This was when she began modifying recipes to accommodate her daughter.
